About the order:
– Once your order is picked up, you cannot change the address and contact number, nor can you cancel the order. Please make sure the address is correct and whether you really need this product before placing the order.

About receiving:
– Please check the packaging and screen appearance as soon as you receive the goods. If the goods are damaged or cracked, please DO NOT install with glue/ screws and take photos to contact us.

About warranty:
– Please test the screen first when you receive the package, if the screen is damaged, do not install it to the phone! There will be no warranty after installation.
– If the screen test doesn’t work perfectly, We can offer a refund or replacement, but only if the screen is not installed.
– There is no warranty for artificially damaged screens.
– There is a layer of screen protector on the front of the item. Please do not tear it apart. If there is any problem with the item, but there is no screen protector, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
