We believe the best coffees are the ones that are carefully roasted, which is why we roast accurately and consistently every time as we aim to bring out each of our coffees’ individual characteristics. By using the Loring Smart Roaster, we are able to achieve sweeter and more balanced tasting coffees.

We always prioritize cup quality; therefore, we taste all our coffees every after roasting. This is an objective way for us to check for any inconsistencies in addition to helping us determine whether or not any adjustments need to be made in future roasts.
