7-DAYS EASY RETURN & REFUND :
For a period of seven (7) days from the delivered date of purchase, if the device is found to be defective, We will refund it at full item cost or replace it with the same new device.

1-YEAR LOCAL SELLER WARRANTY (CARRY-IN)
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if the Device is found to be defective, We will supply at no cost new replacement unit, at its option, at no charge. However, shipping cost is shoulder by our customer. After this one (1) year period, parts will be charged on a case by case basis.

The warranty shall become void under the following situations:
a) Tampering alteration, modification, misuse or set being dropped.
b) Damages caused by defective wiring or by operating the smart home devices on incorrect voltage or fluctuations or interruptions in the electrical power supply.
c) Damages resulting from act of God such as fire, lightning strike or flood.
