The coating is the most important part of the bakeware because it is the part that is in contact with the food. If the coating process is not of a high quality, it will be difficult to remove the food from the mould every time. If the coating is not thermally conductive, it will not be easy to control the baking and achieve an even transfer of heat to the food. If the coating is of low quality the coating can degrade and may even release harmful substances into the food.

Most baking moulds are made by high duty carbon steel. Please fully dry the baking mold immediately after wash (oven heat dry is recommended )
