Question:I am trying to get this to work with my galaxy s8+ and the usbc receiver is always a red light. the mic shows solid green? but does not work. help
Answer:Please search for OTG in the setting of your phone and turn on it. The receiver of MYBESTA wireless mic has no indicator light. Please make sure that you bought this miccophone from us.

Question:I plugged in the receiver, then turned on the transmitter– the transmitter turns green but the receiver turns red and it doesnt work?
Answer:If the lights on the transmitter and receiver keep on, it indicates they are working.

Question:Is the cable that’s provided already able to charge the receiver as well?
Answer:Only the transmitter need to be charged. The receiver doesn’t need charging.
