RETURNS/ REFUNDS

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund/return of a product.

Change of mind is not applicable as a Return/Refund Reason.
If the item we delivered does not match/ different from the product that has been agreed by the customer specification (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.)
If the customer received a faulty or damaged product; you need to return the products to the return address within 7 days. Failure to do so will result to release of payment to the seller.
Return with proof of purchase.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, dried, or unstained in any way.
The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
