-Our Main priority is the satisfaction of loyal Hasans customers.
-When The product received has a problem (wrong product, lacking, damaged or defective). We will send a replacement and the postage will be borne by Hasans.
-Buyers Are allowed to exchange goods that have been purchased if they are purchased incorrectly provided that the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
-Make Sure the marketplace account is always active to confirm empty orders.

T&c for Returning Hasans Store Products:
– Have not provided a rating assessment for this transaction.
– Maximum product returns after 3 days after the goods are received, after these 3 days we will reject them.
– Buyers who complain must include unboxing video evidence from start to finish that is not interrupted or edited.
– The product must not be used or exposed to water (the product must be in its original packaging and condition)
Example: cellophane products that have been neatly packaged with cardboard and bubble wrap must be packed as before.
If the quality of the returned product does not comply with procedures and there are conditions that are not met, we have the right to refuse the exchange or return of the goods and we will not replace the shipping costs.
