We use bubble wrap then cardboard box then another bubble wrap in packing items. However, please understand that we are not responsible for issues caused by the courier’s possible mishandling of parcels. We take and send pictures of your orders before shipment for your reference.

We do not accept any Return and Refund.

For Metro Manila customers who prefer delivery via GrabExpress or Lalamove, please send us a message. This is highly recommended if you want to receive the items ASAP. This is also the safest method of shipping.
