Prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiency due to poor food absorption, restricted dietary intake and illness and to provide nutritional balance necessary for proper physical growth and mental development.

Formulation:
Each mL contains:
Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A), USP- 591IU
Choelcalciferol (Vitamin D3)- 400IU
dl-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E)-3IU
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)- 30mg
Niacin- 5mg
Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1)-300mcg
Riboflavin-5-Sodium Phosphate (Vitamin B2)- 300mcg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)- 300mcg
Folic Acid- 20mcg
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)-0.5 mcg

Dosage and administration:
Infants: 0.3mL (1/2 dropper) daily or as prescribed by the physician.
