The powerful Fine IP Semi-Secco Marsala from Sicily is based on grapes from the grape varieties Ansonica, Catarratto and Grillo. After harvesting, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here you are sorted and carefully ground. This is followed by fermentation in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Fine IP Semi-Secco Marsala can continue to harmonise on the fine yeast for 12 months.
