FAQ (PLEASE READ BEFORE ASKING/ PURCHASING):
1. Is this item official?
– All items sold in this shop are OFFICIAL (unless stated otherwise).

2. Can I inquire/ask about the product?
– Yes! Please send me a PM for any concerns/inquiries. (Please do not send rude messages or any of the like as they will not be entertained)

3. How long will packing and ship out take?
– Please allow a maximum of 7 days for packing and shipping, but rest assured it will be shipped asap. Once it is picked up by the courier, I am not liable for the delivery duration and delays.

4. When do you ship items?
– I try to ship out items the day after it is ordered or two days after (because of the shipping cutoff). Shipping is only from: Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays).

5. Will there be freebies given?
– Yes! WITH FREEBIE/S (Please do not PM me about the freebies as it will be given fairly for each product)

6. Can I cancel my order?
– Strictly NO cancellation if the item is already packed/shipped out. Pictures will be sent after packing it. (Please be 100% sure before checking out the item)

7. Can I reserve this item?
– NO. Reservations are NOT accepted due to possible cancellations. First to check-out and confirm payment or COD gets the item.

8. Can I make offer for this item?
– As of the moment, making offers is disabled. Feel free to negotiate, but please be reminded that lowballed prices will not be entertained.

9. Is this item onhand?
– ALL items sold here are ONHAND.
10. Can we transact outside of shopee?
– No. Please understand that this is for security reasons. In case that the parcel is lost by the courier, the shop will not be liable for it.

11. Is COD accepted?
– Yes! COD is available for this shop until further notice. For COD buyers, please make sure to receive your items from the courier on time. If there is any situation wherein the buyer will not accept the parcel and it will be returned to me, COD will not be available anymore. If the item you will purchase does not currently offer COD option, kindly send me a PM so I can fix the options.

REMINDERS:
– Shopee fees (service and transaction fees) are added for each item.
– Seller will NOT be reliable for any damages caused by the courier (pictures before pick up will be sent to buyers to assure the safety of the packaging).
