This is a Siang Pure Inhaler Formula 2, a nasal inhaler from Thailand. It’s used for relief from: nasal congestion due to colds, headaches, dizziness, motion sickness, and vertigo. 

To use Siang Pure Inhaler Formula 2:
For Inhalation:
• Unscrew the top cap.
• Close one nostril.
• Place the open end of the inhaler into the other nostril.
• Inhale gently.
• Repeat with the other nostril. 
For Topical Application:
• Unscrew the bottom cap.
• Apply a small amount of the oil to the affected area. This can be the temples, forehead, or under the nose.
• Gently massage the area.
