1. One sachet or powder for each (1L) of water. Dilute properly until crystals disappear.
2. Turn machine on and begin the descaling process as stated in your instruction manual. (You can also check YouTube for instructions)
3. Repeat process twice. Using the same descaling solution.
4. Rinse all parts with plain water before using it again to brew coffee or boil water.
