How to Use:
Shake it before use.
Directly apply to eyes using felt tip-shaped applicators.
Draw the wing shape from the outer end of the eye and pull towards the inside of the eye.
It can also use the tip to form a thin line, then connect it.
Add layer if you want a more intense look.
