– – 2g grape sugar (1 lemon or 10-15ml vinegar)

Dilute lemon juice (vine) with 1 cup about 180-250ml of water (when tasting is mildly sour) and salt, put in a pot of bean milk, pour slowly, stir well to make the beans precipitate, wait 3–5 minutes to see that the milk is full of water, but slightly opaque, then stop.
