*We guarantee that the boxes and runners are in excellent condition before shipping. But we have instances where boxes are dented/crushed when shipped through a courier. We would not be held responsible on how the courier handles the item once it is picked up from us. It would be the buyers’ risk if they insist on having the item shipped. We would still however provide a layer of protection for the item before pick up. Feel free to contact us to know more of alternative delivery option.

By placing an order from our store, you as the buyer agrees with the following terms:
1. We should not be rated based on courier performance:
a. Delivery time – we ship the item 1-3 days (excluding holidays) after your order. Estimated time of delivery for Metro Manila 3-5 days, outside MM 1-2 weeks. We have no control over the day and time of delivery. We can assist you on following up your order from Shopee if it is over the estimated delivery time; but that is all we can offer.
b. Handling of item – We provide adequate protection for your packages. Boxed items are bubble-wrapped with additional external box. Small items are bubble-wrapped. Dents on boxes can still occur when the courier mishandles your item and we should not be blamed for something we cannot control.

2. We should not be rated based on the quality of item WHEN IT IS ALREADY STATED IN THE PRODUCT TITLE AND/OR DESCRIPTION. (eg. when the product is stated as USED and you still expect it to be in mint condition).

3. Rating us lower than 5 stars requires a reasonable explanation outside the terms already stated above. You don’t rate us 4 or 3 stars on a whim for the same reason you don’t give an outright average rating on an exam. We begin at 5 stars and then reduce the star(s) per error, just like exams. We online sellers rely on reputation to attract customers. We are serious about our rating. If you rate us lower than 5 stars for no good reason, we will rate you the same (or lower) and will ban you from the store for good measure =).

4. If you order our item, please make sure someone is available to receive it. The courier will deliver your order for 2 attempts only and will be returned to us if no one receives it. If the item gets returned and you seem to have no intention of receiving it in the first place, you get banned from our store.

5. Failure to comply with our terms will result to getting banned from our store. We keep a list of our delinquent customers (by name and address) so creating a new account to order from us will just be a waste of your time. Try changing your name and address though =).
