The Hilux 125 series has surprisingly limited space in the wheel wells for its body size, reducing the available tire and wheel options. The “JAOS Inner Fender” is designed to expand the options by modifying and widening the areas where interference occurs. The main cover is made of polypropylene (PP), a material widely used in OEM automotive parts, and features precise 3D CAD-based numerical design, ensuring a seamless fit.
The kit includes all necessary parts for installation, a detailed instruction manual, and a template for fender modification, allowing for accurate and hassle-free installation without the need for extensive measurements. Installation has been confirmed with larger tire setups of 265/70R17 and wheels 17×8.0J+20, as well as the stock tire size of 265/65R17 with a wheel offset of 17×8.0J±0.
This unique solution addresses a common issue for owners looking to upsize their tires.

*Compatible with 2021.10 and later Z”GR SPORT” models. For Hilux 125 Series Z”GR SPORT”, the OEM over-fender must be temporarily removed during installation.
