Always clean your breast covers after every use with warm water and mild soap. Do not use a towel to dry them. Simply shake off excess water and put them in the tray provided and cover with lid to prevent dust from gathering on the adhesive
Do not use on damaged or inflamed skin
Do not wear overnight or for more than 6 hours
